Ogallala, NE — November 7, 2025 — Adams Bank & Trust announces the passing of Todd S. Adams, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, who represented the bank’s fourth generation of family leadership. He passed away on Thursday, November 6 due to complications related to ALS.

Adams dedicated over four decades to the bank, guiding the institution with wisdom, compassion, and unwavering commitment. Under his leadership, the bank grew from $110 million in assets to over $1 billion, a testament to his strategic vision and deep understanding of community banking.

Adams’ personal and professional accomplishments were extensive. He led a life dedicated to service – serving his country, community, and customers. His personal investment in the growth of others left a lasting impact on countless colleagues and community members.

Services were with The United Methodist Church in Ogallala on Saturday November 22, 2025.
