EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Tony Covello brings 17 years of banking and financial services experience, with a background spanning retail banking, commercial banking leadership, treasury management, and agribusiness lending. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming and has completed the College of Commercial Credit along with various financial analyst programs. Tony began his banking career as a teller while completing college and has spent the past 15 years helping businesses and agricultural operations throughout Wyoming and Colorado achieve their financial goals.

Tony specializes in working with business owners, farmers, and ranchers to develop customized banking and lending solutions that support long-term growth and success. Raised in a family deeply rooted in agriculture and entrepreneurship, he understands the unique opportunities and challenges facing family businesses and agricultural operations. His approach focuses on building trusted relationships, solving complex challenges, and helping clients create opportunities that strengthen their businesses for generations to come.
