Toni Lindberg brings five years of experience in banking and financial services to her role as Retail Branch Manager at Adams Bank & Trust. She first joined the personal banking team at our Colby branch as a Financial Services Representative and quickly demonstrated a dedication to customer success. She has carried this dedication into her new role as she continues to build customer relationships. Toni earned her associate’s degree from Colby Community College and completed the Organizational Management and Leadership Program at Friends University.

As a relationship banker, Toni takes the time to understand each customer’s needs in order to craft a personalized banking plan that will support them in achieving their financial goals. She creates a comfortable, personal banking experience, reassuring customers that the Colby team is eager to answer questions and address concerns. She is invested in the long-term success of each customer and works to find banking solutions to meet the changing needs brought by each season of life.

Toni has been an active member of the Colby community for 20 years. She is Treasurer of Colby Ambassadors, former President of Kiwanis, and proud alumna and supporter of Colby Community College Academics and Athletics.
