Shelby offers clients meaningful knowledge in numerous ways when it comes to agricultural and commercial banking. With her B.S. in business administration, minors in finance and banking & financial systems, and over eight years of experience in banking, Shelby has a solid foundation of knowledge to provide customers with sound advice navigating their financial needs. All of that, combined with her personal dedication to facilitating their success makes her a trusted resource for clients.
BANKER PHILOSOPHY & BACKGROUND
Growing up in Wyoming, Shelby learned about banking and agriculture firsthand. Her mother has been in banking for more than 30 years and her grandfather and father ran a successful ag business. The knowledge she acquired from her family has benefited her own personal career and comes through in her style of work. Setting and accomplishing goals are two things that make Shelby prosperous. Those two things are what she highly emphasizes when helping her clients. Shelby’s ability to provide outstanding customer service and guide her clients to success makes her a perfect fit with Adams Bank & Trust and our focus on relationship banking.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Shelby is also an avid member of her local community. She is currently a mentor with the Teammates Mentoring Program in Ogallala, serves on the South Platte Preschool Advisory Board, and is on the Big Springs Community Chamber Board.
