EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Mike has spent more than a decade helping customers achieve their financial goals as an agricultural, commercial, and consumer lender. He brings an overarching knowledge of all aspects of banking and financial tools to his role as Executive Vice President – Ag Banking at Adams Bank & Trust. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Math Education, a master’s degree in Applied Statistics, and graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.
BANKER PHILOSOPHY & BACKGROUND
Mike grew up in the ag community, first in Wyoming and then in Kansas where he worked on his parents’ farm. He draws on his years of banking experience and familiarity with the ag community to build financial solutions for each client’s unique needs. He strives to make banking clear and approachable to give clients a high level of confidence in their financing plan. He uses the tools at his disposal to craft solutions that help his clients transform their financial goals into realities.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Mike is passionate about serving his community beyond his role as a banker. He serves as a Citizens Health Care Board Trustee and volunteers annually at the county fair. He also supports his wife by volunteering his time for the various programs and clubs in which she is a member.
