Over the course of 20 years, Melanie has thrived in the banking industry through a career spanning various roles including business development, lending, and branch management. As a result of her experience, she is able to provide her clients well-rounded solutions at each stage of their financial journey. Melanie is a graduate of Mid-Plains Community College as well as various programs offered through the American Bankers and Nebraska Bankers Associations.

Growing up on a farm in rural Chase County, Nebraska, Melanie learned the importance of dedication and hard work. She couples these qualities with her consultative approach as she identifies the tools and solutions available to help her clients secure their finances and work toward their goals. Melanie’s focus on the financial success and security of her clients through uniquely tailored solutions is one of the many reasons she is such a great fit with Adams Bank & Trust and our focus on relationship banking.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
