With over 14 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, Liz Hardy brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role at Adams Bank & Trust. Her career spans key areas including Risk Management, Audit Compliance, Retail Management, and Regional Operational Management. Liz holds a degree from Colorado Mountain College.

A longtime Colorado resident, Liz is deeply rooted in her community and has been actively involved in the nonprofit sector for more than a decade. She is passionate about supporting small businesses and believes in building strong, lasting relationships with her clients. Her approach to banking is centered on understanding each customer’s unique story, allowing her to provide personalized and thoughtful financial guidance.

Liz continues to invest in the growth and well-being of her community. She serves as the longtime Board Chair for Forge Evolution, a local nonprofit focused on youth and restorative justice. Through this organization, she teaches financial literacy and life skills to young participants, helping to empower the next generation.
