Lena Nelson has nine years of experience in banking and financial services. She started as a teller for six months before moving to Central Processing, handling wires, research, and Fed returns. Lena then joined AB&T as a Financial Services Representative (FSR). Recently, she acquired a Consumer Lending License, further boosting her expertise.

Lena was born and raised in North Platte along the North Platte River. Her father owned a successful lawn care business, well-known among longtime residents. This connection to her community has influenced Lena’s approach to banking, emphasizing local relationships and personalized service. Her upbringing in a family business environment has provided her with a unique perspective on customer service and community engagement.

As a banker, Lena partners with customers on their financial journeys, empowering them to become the heroes of their own fiscal stories by offering her expertise and connecting them with additional resources. Lena enjoys assisting customers who are uncertain about their financial paths, whether they are young individuals eager to learn or those needing guidance through complex situations.
