Landen brings more than 10 years of experience in financial services to his role as Commercial/Ag Banker at Adams Bank & Trust. Beginning as a teller, he quickly progressed through the banking world to work in personal banking, loan servicing, accounting, and now agricultural and commercial lending. He uses his familiarity with various parts of the industry to help his customers achieve their financial goals. Landen earned his associate degree in Business from Mid-Plains Community College. He graduated from Consumer Lending School in 2018 and Ag Lending School in 2022.

Born and raised in southwest Nebraska, Landen is deeply invested in the economic well-being of his community. He often reflects on his time as part of the Future Business Leaders of America during high school. His business teacher at the time made a large impact on his life, ingraining not only business principles, but an appreciation for the importance of local industry. Landen decided to open his own rental real estate business in 2019 which he continues to successfully manage. Landen values each of his customer relationships. His first priority is working with customers to identify their financial needs and finding the best solutions to help them transform their goals into realities.

Landen is also an avid member of his community. He serves as secretary and board member for Southwest Nebraska Community Betterment Corporation, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting affordable housing as well as community and economic growth in Perkins, Chase, Hayes, Dundy, and Hitchcock counties.
