Josh brings a well-rounded background of business and agricultural experience to his lending relationships. As an Ag Banker at Adams Bank & Trust, he has been able to utilize that knowledge to better understand the needs of his clients in a way that supports their growth and goals. Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and has a professional degree in Architectural Drafting and Design.

Born and raised in Chappell, Josh grew up helping with his family’s businesses, from his grandparents’ wheat farm to his father’s construction business. Prior to joining Adams Bank & Trust, Josh learned the ins-and-outs of major retail operations having spent more than 15 years in the outdoor industry in financial planning and category management roles with Cabela’s and Camping World. Josh and his wife also own an occupational therapy business in Chappell that serves multiple school districts in the area with occupational therapy services. Throughout his career, Josh’s primary focus has always been finding ways to add value to his organization and to his customers. He enjoys helping clients address financial needs and identify opportunities in their operations.

Josh is active in his community, having served with the Chappell Volunteer Fire Department for 20 years. He is also a member of the Chappell Chamber of Commerce board. He continues to look for ways to give back to the community through volunteering and to invest in its economic development.
