With three decades of experience in real estate and title insurance, Joel brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Mortgage Banker. His familiarity with different sectors of the housing industry allows him to guide his customers through each step of the mortgage process and beyond. Joel earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.

Joel is a Colorado native and has built his career working in Northern Colorado markets. As the region has grown, Joel has enjoyed helping people find their perfect home.
