EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Jim Persinger brings over 41 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, with a career focused on community banking, agricultural finance, and insurance. He has originated and serviced agricultural loan relationships across Nebraska, Kansas, Colorado, Texas, and Wyoming, working extensively with operating lines, livestock, machinery and equipment, ag improvements, and real estate. Many of those relationships span multiple generations, a point of pride in Jim’s long-standing career.
BANKER PHILOSOPHY & BACKGROUND
Raised on a southeast Kansas farm and ranch that grew into farm supply, auction, and real estate businesses, Jim learned the importance of stewardship, adaptability, and trust early in life. He holds an A.A. from Coffeyville Community College, a B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Kansas State University, and is a graduate of the University of Colorado’s Graduate School of Banking, further strengthening his leadership and industry expertise.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Jim’s banking philosophy centers on building long-term, no‑nonsense financial relationships based on trust, helping clients prosper while maintaining simplicity, balance, and enjoyment in the process. Throughout his career, he has supported various community and church organizations and looks forward to continued involvement in the North Platte area.
