With more than 25 years of experience in banking and financial services, Daren Lubiani brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Assistant Vice President – Retail Banking at Adams Bank & Trust. He draws on this experience spanning personal banking, lending, and investment, to find the perfect banking solution for each customer’s unique circumstances. Daren earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Daren’s primary goal as a banker is to help customers achieve financial security today and plan for the future. He takes the time to ask questions and get to know each of his customers so that he can offer banking products and services that will support their daily needs and their long-term goals. He invests in his relationships with customers to better serve as a trusted partner in their journey toward financial success.
