Charlie brings 25 years of financial expertise to his role, blending industry knowledge with a commitment to local leadership. His career spans wealth management and commercial banking, including nearly a decade of managing high-performing commercial banking teams at both regional and national levels across Northern Colorado and Western Nebraska. A graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, Charlie also holds an MBA from Lake Superior State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University.

Charlie’s ultimate goal is to proactively add value to every transaction, earning the trust of his clients. He wants every customer to feel like he is not just a financial partner, but a trusted advisor.

Charlie serves as a Board Member for Care Communities to support low-income housing in Larimer and Weld counties. He is also on the Weld and Larimer revolving loan fund committees and the City of Greeley revolving loan fund committee, which focus on assisting with the financial needs of small businesses.
