Brittany Barela brings over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of roles including Teller, Personal Banker, Jr. Mortgage Representative, Service Manager, and Learning & Development Assistant. This wide range of experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of both customer needs and banking operations, allowing her to deliver well-rounded guidance and service to her clients.

As a banker, Brittany’s philosophy centers on helping customers build financial confidence through personalized planning and trusted advice. She believes each client’s financial journey is unique and is committed to creating strategies tailored to their individual goals and circumstances. By developing strong relationships and providing clear guidance, Brittany ensures that her customers have the tools and confidence they need to achieve long-term financial success.

Outside of the bank, Brittany is actively involved in her community and is passionate about giving back. She volunteers her time and talents with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, the Longmont Humane Society, and the Carbon Valley Help Center. Through her community involvement, Brittany strives to support and strengthen the places where she lives and works.
