EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Brandt has spent his previous years in banking, working primarily in credit analysis, commercial lending, and ag lending. His experience has given him a strong understanding of what it takes to help businesses grow and manage their financial needs. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas, majoring in Accounting with a minor in Business Management and Leadership.

BANKER PHILOSOPHY & BACKGROUND

Originally from Goodland, Kansas, Brandt chose banking because he enjoys helping people and businesses succeed. He believes the best bankers are accessible, responsive, and willing to be a resource when customers need them. Brandt's approach is simple: build relationships, understand each customer's goals, and provide practical solutions that help them move forward. Whether he's working with a business owner looking to grow or helping a customer navigate a financial decision, his focus is on being someone clients can rely on. One of the things he enjoys most about banking is seeing customers accomplish the goals they've worked hard to achieve, whether that's expanding a business, purchasing property, or reaching a long-term financial milestone.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Brandt currently volunteers with the Kiwanis Flag Program in Goodland and enjoys being involved in the communities he serves. As he continues to build relationships throughout the area, he looks forward to finding additional ways to support local organizations and community events.
