Boni's career in banking has been driven by a genuine desire to help people and communities thrive. He brings over 30 years of experience in commercial banking, residential mortgage, and cash management to his role as Senior Vice President - Commercial Banking. He earned a dual bachelor's degree in Economics and Psychology from the University of Colorado, becoming the first member of his immediate family to graduate college. He also completed the graduate program at the Graduate School of Banking Colorado.

A native Coloradoan, Boni grew up biking, camping, and fishing throughout the state. He has watched the region grow and relishes being able to contribute to its continued development as a community banker. Boni's ultimate goal as a banker is to help individuals and communities, including businesses and non-profits, find financial success and thrive. He believes that if our communities are successful, have strong non-profit and cultural support, our businesses will be successful as well.

Boni also dedicates time to his community outside of his role at Adams Bank & Trust. He serves as a board member for CASA of Broomfield and Adams Counties, the Humane Society of Boulder Valley, and the Boulder County Business Hall of Fame. He is a member of the Broomfield Chamber Non-Profit Committee, the Broomfield Chapter of Guys Who Give, and the finance committees for the Humane Society of Boulder Valley, CASA of Broomfield and Adams Counties, and the Boulder Chamber of Commerce. He previously served as Chair of the Board for the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, Humane Society of Boulder Valley, and Downtown Boulder Partnership.
