EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Brad brings 10 years of experience in banking and financial services to his role as Commercial Banker at Adams Bank & Trust. With experience in roles spanning loan operations, underwriting, and commercial lending, Brad has developed a strong understanding of the full scope of the commercial loan process, allowing him to guide clients and answer questions each step of the way. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - Columbia.
BANKER PHILOSOPHY & BACKGROUND
Banking runs in Brad's family. After growing up in Missouri and completing his degree, he moved to Colorado to work in finance, following in the footsteps of his great grandfather, grandfather, and father. As a community banker, he is motivated by a desire to see his community grow and thrive. He works to craft strategic financial solutions that enable individuals and businesses to transform their goals into realities. Brad's dedication to his clients' long-term financial success makes him a natural fit with Adams Bank & Trust and our focus on relationship banking.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
Brad is active in his community outside of the bank as well. He frequently volunteers at the Boulder Homeless Shelter and serves on the Downtown Boulder Community Advisory Board as well as the Finance Council at his church. He was also a member of the Boulder County Leadership Fellows Class of 2021-22.
