FINANCIAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

This position is a combination of teller and personal banking responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, cross selling bank products/services, open/closes various time/demand deposit accounts and customer service.  Qualified candidates will be sales oriented, possess strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.  Prior sales experience is a plus, however a college degree can be substituted for experience.  All positions require professional appearance and presentation.  In addition, qualified candidates will be multi-task oriented, possess computer experience, organizational abilities and excellent customer service skills.  We are looking for outgoing, people-friendly personalities who enjoy working with the public and are team players.

COMMERCIAL BANKER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Primary focus: solicit, develop, manage and maintain long-term profitable commercial/construction relationships (loans, deposits, fees) while delivering high-level customer service. Oversees the Region’s loan portfolio as to risk management to maintain quality control. Knowledge of market and established contacts in the Colorado Springs/Front Range area ideal.  The qualified candidate will have a Business Degree; at least 8 to 10 years of commercial/construction lending experience.  Candidates will possess a strong aptitude for business development and sales. 

 

Qualified candidate will possess the skills to develop, originate and administer a profitable portfolio of commercial/construction loans with proven abilities in managing a $25+ million loan portfolio.  Strong communication, sales, credit analysis and collection skills are essential.  Prior management experience in addition to a Commercial Lending School diploma/certification is a plus. Professional appearance and presentation a must.
