COMMERCIAL BANKER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
 

Primary focus: solicit, develop, manage and maintain long-term profitable commercial/construction relationships (loans, deposits, fees) while delivering high-level customer service. Oversees the Region’s loan portfolio as to risk management to maintain quality control. Knowledge of market and established contacts in the Colorado Springs/Front Range area ideal.  The qualified candidate will have a Business Degree; at least 8 to 10 years of commercial/construction lending experience.  Candidates will possess a strong aptitude for business development and sales. 

 

Qualified candidate will possess the skills to develop, originate and administer a profitable portfolio of commercial/construction loans with proven abilities in managing a $25+ million loan portfolio.  Strong communication, sales, credit analysis and collection skills are essential.  Prior management experience in addition to a Commercial Lending School diploma/certification is a plus. Professional appearance and presentation a must.

OFFICE MANAGER

Western Insurors of Nebraska in North Platte is searching for an individual to join our team.  The managerial responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, directing/coordinating the activities and administration of the agency, provide training and assistance to customer service representatives, and ensure branch goals are achieved. In addition, this position will work with company representatives in placing and coordinating business for the agency, quote premiums on potential new policies and will be intricately involved with  customer/agency issues.  Qualified applicants will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills in addition to computer knowledge, organizational abilities and excellent customer service.  Three to five years of insurance management experience is beneficial.  Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.  Professional appearance and presentation a must.
