- LENDING ASSISTANT

Qualified candidate will perform loan processing, closing, set-up, and
follow-up (servicing) responsibilities associated with the
documentation and posting necessary in granting credit to the Bank's
borrowers. In addition, the Lending Assistant will perform a full
range of duties pertaining to the loan processing/closing/servicing
function, including, but not limited to the following: pull system
inquiries to obtain credit history information on potential borrowers,
answer customer inquiries, prepare processing and closing documents
for new and refinanced loans closing. Review files to ensure that
proper documents and disbursements are prepared accurately for loan
officer performing the closing. Obtain pay-off information as
necessary. Demonstrate ability to review files after closing to
ensure that all documents signed and checks disbursed. Strong
communication and customer service skills are essential. Professional
appearance and presentation a must.

ACCOUNTING
-
Performs a variety of routine
and some nonroutine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with
standard procedures in one or more of the following areas: general
accounting, accounts payables, accounts receivable or related
financial area. Reconciles bank accounts, posts information and
balances general or subsidiary ledgers, processes payments and
compiles segments of monthly closings, annual reports, etc. Contacts
other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems.
Position is evolving so additional accounting responsibilities will be
added once the position is filled.

REGIONAL PRESIDENT

We have a Regional
President position available in the Northern Colorado Region (Firestone,
Berthoud, Ft Collins). Qualified candidates must be comfortable and
experienced in leading the business development effort for the region in
addition to sourcing and developing business aligned with the bank’s
strategic plan, credit culture and core values. This position will
establish, maximize and maintain positive relationships with existing
and potential customers. Coaching and developing high potential bankers
as a cohesive "team" to service customers while ensuring that credit
quality is met/monitored will be critical to the success of this
position. Willingness to travel between locations is a requirement of
the position. Strong

- FINANCIAL
SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

This
position is a combination of teller and personal banking
responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, cross selling
bank products/services, open/closes various time/demand deposit accounts
and customer service. Qualified candidates will be sales
oriented, possess strong customer service, communication and
interpersonal skills. Prior sales experience is a plus, however a
college degree can be substituted for experience. All
positions require professional appearance and presentation. In
addition, qualified candidates will be multi-task oriented, possess
computer experience, organizational abilities and excellent customer

- COMMERCIAL BANKER
/ BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Primary focus: solicit,
develop, manage and maintain long-term profitable
commercial/construction relationships (loans, deposits,
fees) while delivering high-level customer service. Oversees the
Region’s loan portfolio as to risk management to maintain quality
control. Knowledge of market and established contacts in the
Colorado Springs/Front Range area ideal. The qualified candidate will have a Business
Degree; at least 8 to 10 years of commercial/construction lending
experience. Candidates will possess a strong aptitude for
business development and sales.
Qualified candidate will possess the skills to develop,
originate and administer a profitable portfolio of
commercial/construction loans with proven abilities in managing a $25+
million loan portfolio. Strong communication, sales, credit
analysis and collection skills are essential. Prior
management experience in addition to a Commercial Lending School
diploma/certification is a plus. Professional appearance and

OFFICE MANAGER
Western Insurors of
Nebraska
in Ogallala is
searching for an individual to join our team. The managerial
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to,
directing/coordinating the activities and administration of the agency,
provide training and assistance to customer service representatives, and
ensure branch goals are achieved. In addition, this position will work
with company representatives in placing and coordinating business for
the agency, quote premiums on potential new policies and will be
intricately involved with customer/agency issues.Qualified
applicants will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills in
addition to computer knowledge, organizational abilities and excellent
customer service. Three to five years of insurance management
experience is beneficial.

Commercial/Personal Lines/Life & Health/Crop Accounts in addition to
servicing and cross-selling existing accounts.
