We have an excellent career opportunity for a seasoned Commercial Ag Banker in our North Platte Branch.

Qualified candidates will have abilities to establish, maintain and maximize commercial relationships with existing and potential customers. In addition, candidate will have proven success in building and managing profitable loan/deposit relationships while ensuring that credit quality guidelines are met/monitored.

Knowledge of the market and established contacts in the North Platte and surrounding area are ideal. Qualified candidate will have a Business Degree; minimum of 5 to 7 years of commercial and ag lending experience; strong aptitudes and consistent experience in business development, communication and leadership along with proven success in building and managing a profitable loan portfolio 15-30MM. Commercial Lending School diploma/certification a plus. Professional appearance and presentation a must.

This position is a combination of teller and personal banking responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, building strong customer relationships, cross selling bank products/services, open/close various time/demand deposit accounts and customer service. Region Retail Services Coordinator - North Platte, NE

Qualified candidates will be a "working manager" in addition to directing all retail svc operations and sales routines of the region while upholding all regulatory policies/procedures. Is the "Sales and Service Champion" of the region and a role model of teamwork. Ensures that all customers receive prompt and courteous svc while maximizing the customer relationship.

Position requires strong sales, coaching, communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills. Prior bank mgmt and sales exp preferred, however a college degree can be substituted for exp.

Training Coordinator

We are currently exploring talent to create and lead our training effort across multiple locations and states. The ideal candidate will have a training and development background as well as a minimum of 3-5 years within a financial institution's training department. In addition, experience in designing, developing and facilitating curriculum and courses, conducting training live and web-based, and creating and assessing system-wide needs analysis and recommending solutions is essential. Sales development and training experience as well as background in training tellers and personal bankers a plus.

Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university - equivalent combination of experience and education could be substituted. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in addition to being technologically savvy and skillful in producing and delivering webinars is a must. Strong contenders will be creative, initiative-driven, self-motivated, team oriented and highly organized. Professional appearance/presentation is essential.

Position currently offices in Ft Collins but could be based out of any of our Adams Bank locations in either Nebraska or Colorado. Flexibility to travel among locations as needed is a requirement.
