Qualified candidate will possess the skills to originate, underwrite and close secured and unsecured commercial, agricultural, and consumer loans in accordance with established lending objectives, policies, and procedures; and establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Heavy emphasis in Ag lending with proven abilities in managing a $7 - $10 million loan portfolio. Strong communication, sales, credit analysis, and collection experience a must. We are searching for an initiative driven, customer oriented, sales minded individual to join our team.

This position is a combination of teller and personal banking responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, building strong customer relationships, cross selling bank products/services, open/close various time/demand deposit accounts and customer service. Flexibility to travel between our region locations is a must.

Qualified candidates will have cash handling experience, team player, sales oriented, possess strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Prior sales epxerience is preferred, however a college degree can be substituted for experience. Professional appearance required.
